Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá elektronickou evidencí tržeb, jakožto systémem, který byl v nedávné době zaveden na území České republiky. Vláda k tomuto kroku přistoupila z důvodu snahy o narovnání podnikatelského prostředí a přispění k lepšímu výběru daní. Česká republika není první zemí v Evropě, kde byl tento systém spuštěn. Tato práce popisuje model evidence tržeb, který je užíván v ČR a jeho inspiraci chorvatským modelem. V práci je kladen důraz na popis subjektů, které jsou ze zákona povinné zapojovat se do procesu evidence tržeb , popisuje náležitosti a úkony, které musí být naplněny pro bezchybnou evidenci tržeb. Obsahem jsou také informace o kontrole dodržování povinností, které ze zákona o evidenci tržeb plynou a možnostech nápravy či trestu v případech, kdy dojde k porušení povinností. Jedná se o kompletní popis fungování online evidence tržeb na našem území doplněný o informace o postupu poplatníka před jeho zapojením do systému, dále o legislativním procesu Zákona č. 112/2016 Sb., o evidenci tržeb a také o některá statistická data, která mají reflektovat vynaložené náklady na spuštění tohoto systému a výnosy, které systém elektronické evidence tržeb přináší.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the electronic registration of sales which is a system that was recently introduced in the Czech Republic. The government has taken this step because of the efforts to settle the business market and contribute to better tax collection. The Czech Republic is not the first country in Europe that launched system. This thesis describes the model of sales registration, which is used in the Czech Republic and its inspiration by the Croatian model. The thesis emphasizes the description of entities that are legally obliged to participate in the process of registrating sales, describes the requirements and actions that must be fulfilled for error-free registration of sales. The content also includes information about checking compliance with the obligations arising from the Act on the registration of sales and the possibilities of redress or punishment in cases where the obligations are breached. This is a complete description of the functioning of online sales registration in our country, supplemented by information about the taxpayer's procedure before its involvement in the system, as well as the legislative process of act 112/2016, On the registration of sales and also some statistical data to be reflected the cost of running this system and the revenue that the electronic sales record system brings.
