Acute lymphoblastic leukemia
Abstract:
Práce je věnována akutní lymfoblastické leukémii. Akutní lymfoblastická leukémie je závažné onemocnění krvetvorby, vzniklé nekontrolovaným dělením lymfoblastických buněk. Cílem práce je shrnutí dosavadních poznatků o vzniku, klasifikaci typů a pokroků v diagnostice a léčbě akutní lymfoblastické leukémie. Součástí této práce je i stručný popis základního rozdělení leukémií.
Abstract:
The work has been focused on acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia is a serious disease of hematopoiesis caused by uncontrolled division of lymphoblastic cells. The goal is a summary of current knowledge about the origin, classification and advances in diagnosis and treatment of acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
