Intercompany comparison in the sphere of plastic windows

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je aplikace metod mezipodnikového srovnávání na firmu MH-plast, s. r. o. a její hlavní konkurenty, v oblasti plastových oken za roky 2015 až 2018. Pro porovnání budou využity vícekriteriální metody mezipodnikové komparace, metoda INFA a Spider analýza. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. V teoretické části jsou představeny základní pojmy týkající se metod mezipodnikového srovnávání a benchmarkingu. V praktické části jsou tyto metody prakticky aplikovány. V závěrečné kapitole je vedena diskuze o zjištěných výsledcích a zhodnocení jednotlivých přístupů ke komparaci.

Abstract:

The aim of the thesis is the application of intercompany comparison methods to the company MH-plast, Ltd. and its main competitors in the sphere of plastic windows for the years 2015 to 2018. Multicriteria comparison methods, INFA method and Spider analysis will be used for comparison. The thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part are introduced basic terms concerning methods of intercompany comparison and benchmarking. In the practical part these methods are practically applied. In the final chapter there is a discussion about the results and evaluation of individual approaches to comparison.
