Abstract:
Má bakalářská práce se zabývá především skončením služebního poměru ve znění zákona č. 234/2014 Sb., o státní službě. Dále se zabývá problematikou skončení služebního poměru podle zákona č. 273/2008 Sb., o Policii České republiky, zákona č. 221/1999 Sb., o vojácích z povolání a zákona 361/2003 Sb., o služebním poměru příslušníků bezpečnostních sborů. My bachelor's thesis deals mainly with the termination of service in the wording of Act No. 234/2014 Coll., on state service. It also deals with the issue of termination of service under Act No. 273/2008 Coll., on the Police of the Czech Republic, Act No. 221/1999 Coll., on professional soldiers and Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on the service relationship of members of the security forces.
