Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou posklizňového zpracování v ČR, návrhem modelového projektu investiční výstavby posklizňové linky z pohledu zhotovitele a zhodnocením efektů investiční výstavby. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Část teoretická se zabývá investicemi, investiční výstavbou a jejími jednotlivými fázemi, možnými zdroji financování, hodnocením efektivnosti investic a riziky.
