Strategy of employers in employing persons with disabilities

Abstract:

Cílem této diplomové práce je zodpovědět na otázku, jakou strategii uplatňuje vybraná organizace v oblasti zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením. Cílem výzkumu je analyzovat, jakou konkrétní strategii vybraná organizace volí, aby pružně reagovala na podmínky nastavené vnitřním i vnějším organizačním prostředím. Pomocí analýzy dat jsou popsány konkrétní opatření, cíle a důvody pro strategická rozhodnutí organizace ve vybrané oblasti. Pozornost je věnována také pozitivům a limitům, které se ke zvolené strategii pojí, a problémům, na které při realizaci strategie organizace naráží. Pro účely výzkumu byla zvolena kvalitativní výzkumná strategie, sběr dat byl proveden pomocí techniky polostrukturovaných rozhovorů a analýzy vnitro-organizačních dokumentů.

Abstract:

The aim of this diploma thesis is to answer the question of what strategy is applied by selected organization in the field of employment of persons with disabilities. The aim of the research is to analyze the specific strategy chosen by the selected organization to respond flexibly to the conditions set by both the external and internal organizational environment. Using the data analysis, specific measures, goals and reasons of strategic decisions made by the organization in the selected field were described. Focus is also put on the positives and the limits connected with the chosen strategy and on the problems that the organization faces during the implementation of the strategy. For the purpose of research, qualitative research strategy was chosen. Data collection was carried out by using the technique of semi-structured interviews and analysis of intra-organizational documents.
