Abstract:
Diplomová práce je v první části zaměřena na sběr informací a získání dostatečného množství důležitých poznatků pro úspěšné vypracování výsledkové části. Výsledková část je zaměřena na sledovanou firmu, ve které pracuji jako vedoucí výroby. Obsahem diplomové práce je analýza procesu přesunu technologií ve zvolené firmě a návrhu doporučení, která mohou posloužit danému podniku.
Abstract:
The thesis is in the first part focused on gathering information and obtaining sufficient quantities of essential knowledge for successful development of the final section. Results section is focused on monitoring company where I work as a production manager.
