Calculation and optimization of the calculation system

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se věnuje analýze a návrhu kalkulačního systému ve vybraném podniku. První část přináší nezbytné teoretické základy, které jsou pro pochopení tématu potřebné a které čtenáři pomohou při práci s praktickou částí. V ní jsou teoretické poznatky představené v první části práce aplikovány na příkladu konkrétního podniku. Za cíl teoretické části tedy můžeme označit přinést dostatečné informace a poznatky k pochopení situace a jejího řešení v konkrétním podniku. Cílem praktické části práce je zanalyzovat systém kalkulací ve vybrané společnosti, navrhnout vhodný proces jeho optimalizace a přinést návrhy na zlepšení celého systému.Hlavní metodou zpracování teoretické části práce je literární rešerše, analýza použité literatury a syntéza zjištěných faktů. Mezi klíčové metody využité v rámci praktické části práce patří interview (s cílem zajistit celkový přehled o společnosti a její situaci a identifikovat klíčové problémy), pozorování a obsahová analýza materiálů poskytnutých finančním oddělením a externí účetní firmou.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis deals with the analysis and design of the calculation system in selected company. The first part introduces the necessary theoretical bases for the understanding of the topic and which will help the reader to deal with the practical part. The theoretical knowledge presented in the first part of the thesis is applied to the example of a particular enterprise. Thus, the aim of the theoretical part is to provide sufficient information and knowledge to understand the situation and its solution in a particular enterprise. The aim of the practical part is to analyze the system of calculation in the selected company, to propose a suitable process of its optimization and to bring suggestions for improvement of the whole system.The main method of processing the theoretical part of the thesis is literary research, analysis of used literature and synthesis of facts. Among the key methods used in the practical part of the thesis are interviewing (to provide a general overview of the company and its situation and identify key issues), observation and content analysis of materials provided by the finance department and external accounting firm.
