Tato práce se zabývá otázkami mezinárodní pravomoci ve věcech neoprávněných přemístění (či zadržení) dítěte. Nejprve se zaměřuje na vymezení samotného pojmu mezinárodní pravomoci, následně je tato pravomoc analyzována, a to z pohledu tří druhů pramenů úpravy (mezinárodní, komunitární a vnitrostátní) včetně jejich vzájemných vztahů a řešení případných kolizí. This paper deals with the problems of international jurisdiction in the matters of wrongful removals (or retentions) of a child.
