Abstract:
Cílem této práce je provést hodnocení efektivnosti, hospodárnosti a účelnosti ve vybra-né organizaci veřejné správy. Analýza je zaměřena na hodnocení hospodárnosti a účel-nosti smluv uzavíraných ministerstvem s externími dodavateli. The aim of this work is to evaluate the efficiency, economic and effectiveness in a select-ed organization of public administration. The analysis is focused on the evaluation of economic and special-purpose contracts concluded by ministers with external suppliers.
