Abstract:
Bakterie Escherichia coli je díky dynamickému genomu považována za vysoce variabilní druh s množstvím patogenních a nepatogenních kmenů. Tyto kmeny se navzájem liší v přítomnosti přídavné genetické informace. Bylo zjištěno, že některé kmeny E. coli se podílejí na rozvoji rozmanitých nemocí trávicího traktu, jedním z nich je zánětlivé onemocnění střev. Abstract:
Due to its dynamic genome, the Escherichia coli bacterium is considered to be a highly variable species with many pathogenic and nonpathogenic strains. These strains differ in the presence of additional genetic information.
