Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zjištění příčin fluktuace zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Definuje příčiny, důvody odchodů zaměstnanců a řešení fluktuace. V praktické části je představena společnost XY, včetně jejího personálního řízení. Cílem práce je navržení doporučení vedoucích ke snížení fluktuace ve společnosti.
Abstract:
This Bachelor thesis is focused on finding the causes of employee turnover in the company XY. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. It defines the causes, reasons for emplyee departures and solutions of fluctuations. The practical part introduces the company XY, including its personnel management.
