Franchise agreement in the context of the new private law
Abstract:
Cílem této práce je shrnutí základních pojmů a pravidel z oblasti franchisingu. Tento typ podnikání je zevrubně popsán a následně praktikován na příkladu postupu založení fran-chisingového obchodu.
Abstract:
The main aim of this final thesis is to sum up basic terms and fundamental rules for fran-chise branch of economy. With respect to comprehensiveness of its subject, this thesis foremost describes main topics regarding franchising and therefore applies summarized knowledge on practical example based on franchise company foundation procedure.
