Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na problematiku řízení změn ve společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Práce popisuje stávající způsob řízení změn v plánování výroby komponentů. V této diplomové práci je rozebrána podstata procesu změnového řízení, jeho úkoly a hlavní cíl.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on change management in ŠKODA AUTO a.s. The work describes the current way of managing changes in component production planning. In this thesis, the essence of the process of change management, its tasks and main goal are analysed.
