Controlling concept by way of Banking Management
Abstract:
V práci je představen bankovní controlling a jeho specifika. Je zde popsána informační podpora, kterou by controllingové oddělení mělo zajišťovat prodejní síti. V praktické části je na fiktivní bance zobrazen přínos controllingu ve vazbě na ziskovost celé banky, mimo jiné i ve spojení s nastavením správného incentivního systému. Hlavní metodou je výpočet vícestupňového krycího příspěvku.
Abstract:
Bank controlling and its specifics are presented in my thesis. It describes the information support, which should be provided by the controlling department to the sales network. In the practical part, there are controlling benefits in fictitious bank shown in relation to the profitability of the whole bank, also in connection with setting the proper incentive scheme.
