Práce shrnuje současné poznatky o dálkové signalizaci uplatňující se v rostlinách při nedostatku vody v půdě a následném stresu suchem. Cílem je popis mechanismů dálkové signalizace se zvláštním zaměřením na chemickou signalizaci a fytohormony, které se jí účastní. Abstract:
The thesis summarizes current knowledge about long-distance signalling in plants under low water availability in soil and a subsequent stress caused by drought. The main goal was description of long-distance signalling mechanisms of with a particular focus on chemical signals and phytohormons, which are involved.
