The thesis deals with the cross-border cooperation of municipalities that made partnerships within the Neisse-Nisa-Nysa Euroregion (ERN). The first part of the thesis provides the theoretical background of the borders, of cross-border cooperation, of partnership of municipalities, and of the Euroregions in general.
