Předmětem této diplomové práce je odstoupení od smlouvy v režimu Úmluvy OSN o smlouvách o mezinárodní koupi zboží. Práce je členěna do několika kapitol. The subject of this thesis is avoidance of contract under the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The paper is divided into several chapters.
