Abstract:

Zpracovaná diplomová práce se týká finančního poradenství v České republice. Vzhledem ke skutečnosti, že finanční poradenství je velmi obsáhlé téma a přesahuje možnosti popisu v jedné diplomové práci, zvolil jsem si pro aplikační - praktickou část diplomové práce finanční poradenství na trhu bydlení. Zde jsem porovnal dva přístupy a to přístup a nabídku finančního zprostředkovatele, který je někdy vnímán klienty mylně také jako finanční poradce a skutečného finančního poradce. Tyto nabídky jsem srovnal v teoretické rovině nabídky i prakticky na skutečném případu. V teoretické části jsem se snažil vysvětlit veškeré důležité pojmy souvisící s finančním poradenstvím a finančním trhem. Věnoval jsem se zde i regulaci a dozoru nad finančními trhy, stejně jako vývoji finančního poradenství v České republice.

Abstract:

This thesis is concerned with financial advisory services in the Czech Republic. Inasmuch as financial advisory business is a very broad topic exceeding the reasonable scope of a single thesis, the application (empirical) part of the thesis is devoted to financial advisory practice in the housing market. Two common approaches are compared here: the approach and offer of a broker, sometimes confused by the consumers with a financial advisor; and the approach and offer of a real financial advisor. These two sets of offers are first discussed and compared at the theoretical level, and then illustrated on a case study from real life. The theoretical part endeavors to explain all relevant concepts and terms related to financial advisory services and the financial market. Financial market regulation and supervision is also discussed, as well as the evolution of financial advisory services in the Czech Republic.
