Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce vymezuje základní pojmy a legislativu, týkající se ochrany obyvatelstva, především ve vztahu k povodním. Pojednává o managementu ochrany jako takovém, ale také o jeho činnostech týkajících se vybrané obce s rozšířenou působností.
Abstract:
This bachelor´s work defines the basic concepts and legislation concerning the protection of the population, especially in relation to flooding. It deals with the management of protection as such, but also with its activities related to the selected district.
