The food importance of European varieties of Cornelian cherry (Cornus mas).
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá evropskými odrůdami dřínu. V teoretické části je tento ovocný druh popsán a obecně jsou uvedeny poznatky o peckovém ovoci. Cílem praktické části bylo stanovit sušinu, refraktometrickou sušinu, obsah organických kyselin a minerální látky u vybraných evropských odrůd dřínu. Výsledky byly porovnány s ostatními odrůdami peckovin.
Abstract:
The diploma thesis deals with European cultivars of Cornelian cherry. This type of fruit is described in the theoretical part and in knowledge general there is listed a about stone fruit. The aim of the practical part was to determine the dry matter, soluble solid content, contents of titrable acidity and mineral substances of selected cultivars of Cornelian cherry.
