Abstract:
Cílem této práce je zvýšit celkovou efektivnost montážní linky ve firmě WOCO STV s.r.o. Zvolený problém byl řešen na montážní lince dvoucestných ventilů a její efektivnost byla analyzována pomocí metriky celkové efektivnosti zařízení. Dále byly vyhledány konkrétní druhy ztrát za použití Paretova diagramu a jejich příčiny pomocí videozáznamu a metody 5x Proč. Měření času jednotlivých operací bylo provedeno …more
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to improve overall equipment effectiveness of assembly line in the company WOCO STV Ltd. Chosen problem was solved within assembly line of two-way valves and its effectiveness was measured by overall equipment effectiveness metrics.
