Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou soudcovských skutkových podstat kartelových dohod. Cílem této práce je na příkladu bid riggingu ukázat, do jaké míry se může jednotlivá soudcovská skutková podstata vymezit vůči typizovaným jednáním, která jsou uvedena v demonstrativním výčtu příslušných právních ustanovení. The thesis focuses on judge-made types of cartel agreements. The aim of this work is to show, on example of bid rigging, to what extent a judge-made type of infringement can establish itself against the typical agreements mentioned in non-exhaustive lists of relevant legal provisions.
