Abstract:
Cílem práce je rešerše, analýza stávajících (i zahraničních) metod speciálních či podpůrných při oceňování nemovitých věcí. Vymezení podstaty speciálních metod, jejich úlohu v oceňování. Vysvětlení podstaty speciálních technik pro dílčí problémy v oceňování.
Abstract:
The purpose of this research is analysis of existing and foreign methods of special or supportive valuation of real estate. Defining the essence of special methods and their role in the valuation. Also explanation of the essence of special techniques for partial problems in the real estate valuation
