The development of value orientation among the apprenticeship youth in the districts Karviná and Frýdek-Místek

Abstract:

Má bakalářská práce je zaměřena na dvě období, ve kterých jsem zkoumal dnešní učňovskou mládež a sledoval význam životních hodnot v daném regionu. Zaměřil jsem se, do jaké míry ovlivňuje tuto mládež region, ve kterém žije. Zajímalo mne, které hodnoty ve svém životě považují za důležité, a kterým naopak přikládají menší význam. Zjistil jsem rovněž, jakým směrem se jejich hodnoty vyvíjejí. V teoretické části popisuji zvolený region, jeho socioekonomický statut a základní pojmy, které se týkají této problematiky hodnot. V průzkumné části jsem zjistil, jaké životní hodnoty přiřazují žáci na nejvyšší místa v žebříčku hodnot, jak tráví volný čas, zda chtějí v budoucnu pracovat, ba kolik by chtěli vydělávat. Také jsem zjistil, do jaké míry žáky ovlivňuje, v jejich hodnotové orientaci, region, ve kterém žijí a jakým směrem se ubírá vývoj za sledovaná období.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is aimed on the period during which contemporary apprentices were studied. I evaluated the meaning of their life values in the particular region. I also focused on what influence has the region on the young. My interest was aimed on what life values do the young find important and which, on the contrary, are not of such importance. I have also learned what way are their values heading to. In the theoretical part the chosen region is described, as well as its socioeconomic status and basic terms dealing with the values problem. In the research part I discovered what life values are the most important for the young, what is the way of spending their leisure time, whether they would like to work in the future and what payment they would like to have. I also found out how much the region influences them when it comes to the life values and how their ways are changed over the specified period of time.
