The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is usage of video calls to the EMS dispatch center as part of the medical emergency call. Video calls to the EMS dispatch are available in the Czech Republic since 2020 and allow the operators of EMS dispatch to provide better feedback to callers in cases like telephone assisted resuscitation.
