Tap Water in Gastronomic Facilities

Abstract:

The subject of the diploma thesis is tap water serving in gastronomic facilities and a closer focus on this controversial topic. The first aim of the final thesis is to find out how consumers perceive the tap water serving in hospitality and thus to recognize the attitudes and opinions of the consumers. The second objective of the thesis examines the attitudes of consumers to the tap water billing in gastronomic facilities. The questionnaire survey method is used to fulfill both objectives. The analytical part of the thesis processes and evaluates the questionnaire survey data using basic descriptive statistics and statistical tests, where significant relationships between respondents' individual responses were determined.

Abstract:

Predmetom diplomovej práce je podávanie vody z vodovodu v gastronomických prevádzkach a bližšie zaostrenie na túto kontroverznú tému. Prvým cieľom záverečnej práce je zistiť, ako vnímajú spotrebitelia podávanie vody z vodovodu v gastronomických prevádzkach, a tým spoznať postoje a názory spotrebiteľov, ktorí sú konzumentami služieb. Druhý cieľ práce skúma postoje spotrebiteľov na účtovanie vody z vodovodu v gastronomických prevádzkach. Pre naplnenie oboch cieľov je zvolená metóda dotazníkového prieskumu spotrebiteľov. Analytická časť práce spracováva a vyhodnocuje dáta dotazníkového prieskumu pomocou základnej popisnej štatistiky a štatistických testov, ktoré zisťovali významné vzťahy medzi jednotlivými odpoveďami respondentov.
