Abstract:
Bakalářská práce analyzuje ceny bytových jednotek ve městech Most a Postoloprty, kde je vysoká koncentrace nepřizpůsobivých občanů. Poukazuje na problémy s tím spojené a popisuje historický vývoj a jeho důsledky.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis analyzes the prices of housing units in the towns of Most and Postoloprty, where there is a high concentration of inadaptable citizens. It points out the problems associated with it and describes the historical development and its consequences.
