Analysis of the formation and evolution of Czech and Ukrainian terminology contractual relations (on the socio-political background)
Abstract:
Magisterská diplomová práce zkoumá právní terminologii z oblasti smluvních vztahů, které jsou zakotveny v občanském zákoníku České republiky a Ukrajiny. Zaměřena je na pojmenování smluvních stran v ukrajinštině a češtině, přičemž výstupem práce je najít nebo navrhnout odpovídající překlad názvů smluvních stran s cílem zavedení terminologické přenosti při práci překladatelů.
Abstract:
Master thesis examines legal terminology of contractual relationships based on Czech and Ukrainian Civil Code. It is focused on terms of contracting parties in Ukrainian and Czech language as the aim of the thesis is to find or propose appropriate translation of contractual parties terms to provide precision into the work of translators.
