Abstract:

Souhrn Název: Fyzioterapie u svalové dysbalance v oblasti lopatek Cíl: Cílem mé práce je shrnout poznatky týkající se problematiky fyzioterapie u svalové dysbalance v oblasti lopatek Metodika: Zpracovala jsem kazuistiku pacientky se svalovou dysbalancí v oblasti lopatek. Nejprve jsem provedla vstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě jsem vytvořila krátkodobý fyzioterapeutický plán. Spolupráce s pacientkou probíhala po dobu 6. týdnů a využila jsem tyto metody a koncepty: měkké a myofasciální techniky, postfacilitační strečink, postizometrickou relaxaci, statický strečink, proprioceptivní neuromuskulární facilitaci, terapeutický koncept dle J. Čápové, Klappovo lezení, metodu dle L. Mojžíšové, jógu, dechovou gymnastiku, Vojtovu metodu reflexní lokomoce, kinesiotaping. Výsledky: Na základě výstupního kineziologického rozboru jsem u pacientky zaznamenala tato zlepšení. Vylepšené postavení pánve a úprava osy těla, uvolnění hypertonických svalů a uvolnění některých patologických bariér v měkkých tkáních. Při provedených výstupních testech posturální stabilizace došlo k významnému vylepšení postavení lopatek ikdyž všechny testy byly ohodnoceny jako pozitivní. Došlo k úpravě stereotypů flexe a abdukce v ramenním kloubu.

Abstract:

Summary Title: The Physiotherapy of Muscle Dysbalance in the Area of Shoulderblades Objective: The aim of my work is to summarize knowledge concerning the problems related to physiotherapy of muscle dysbalance in the area of shoulderblades. Methodology: I have elaborated a case management of a patient with muscle dysbalance in the area of shoulderblades. First I carried on an initial analyses, which served as a foundation for short term physiotherapy plan. The cooperation with the patient lasted 6 months and I used the following methods and concepts: soft and myofacial technique, post fascial stretching, postisometric relaxation, static stretching, proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation, therapeutical concept according to J. Čápová, Klapp´s crawling, L. Mojžíšová´s method, yoga, breathing gymnastics, Vojta´s method of reflective locomotion, kinesiotaping. Results: On the basis of the final kinetics analyses I noticed the following improvements: The improved posture of pelvis and the improvement of the body axis, releasing of hypertonic muscles and releasing of some pathological barriers in the area of soft tissues. During performed final tests of postural stabilisation a significant improvement of the position of the shoulderblades was reached, althought all the tests were evaluated positively. Adjustement of flection stereotypes and abduction of the shoulder joint was reached.
