Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma Důstojnost pacienta na operačním sále je teoreticko - průzkumnou prací. Teoretická část se zabývá pojmem a významem lidské důstojnosti a na zakotvení lidské důstojnosti v legislativě a etickém kodexu. Dále je teoretická část zejména zaměřena na důstojnost pacienta na operačním sále a je popsáno jak může být jeho důstojnost podpořena ale také jak může být narušena. V teoretické části je také zahrnuto jak je komunikace mezi personálem a pacientem důležitá k podpoře důstojnosti. Průzkumná část diplomové práce je zejména zaměřena na povědomí personálu o důstojnosti a subjektivní hodnocení svých kolegů při práci na operačním sále, která souvisí se zachováním či narušením pacientovi důstojnosti. Data pro průzkumnou část byla zajištěna anonymním dotazníkem vlastní tvorby.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis on the topic Patient dignity in the operating room is a theoretical research thesis. The theoretical part deals with the concept and meaning of human dignity and the anchoring of human dignity in legislation and the code of ethics. Furthermore, the theoretical part is mainly focused on the patient's dignity in the operating room and describes how their dignity can be supported but also how it can be violated. The theoretical part also includes how communication between the staff and the patient is important to promote dignity. The research part of the thesis is mainly focused on the staff's awareness of dignity and the subjective assessment of their colleagues when working in the operating room, which is related to the preservation or violation of the patient's dignity. The data for the research part was provided by an anonymous self-created questionnaire.
