Analysis of a mortgage providing process

Abstract:

Práce se zaměřuje na analýzu procesu poskytnutí hypotečního úvěru. Hlavním cílem práce je zanalyzovat a navrhnout chybějící část business analýzy žádosti o hypoteční úvěr jedné z menších českých bank. Teoretická část práce je věnována vymezení základních pojmů čili seznámení se se standardy a metodikami pro modelování business procesů. V rámci standardů je rozebráno UML a BPMN a mezi pokryté metodiky patří MMABP a DEMO. Tyto dvě kapitoly by čtenáři měli poskytnout základní potřebnou vědomostní bázi okolo metodik pro modelování business procesů. Teoretická část dále nabízí základní teorii okolo hypotečního úvěru, jehož analýze se tato práce věnuje. Praktická část nese především diagramy, které byly namodelovány při analýze. Naleznete v ní TOGAF Event Diagram pro definování klíčových a podpůrných procesů, Class Diagram pro znázornění datových struktur problematiky a relací mezi nimi, BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation) pro detailní zobrazení celého schvalovacího procesu a jeho dílčích částí, a nakonec State Machine Diagram, který vychází z předešlého Class Diagramu a zachycuje životní cyklus jeho jednotlivých tříd. Toto celé je obaleno metodikou MMABP, pomocí které byl návrh celého procesu realizován.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the analysis of mortgage approval process. The main aim of this thesis is to analyse and propose the missing part of the business analysis of the mortgage loan application for one of the smaller Czech banks. The theoretical part of this document is dedicated to the definition of basic concepts, i.e. the introduction to standards and methodologies for business process modeling. UML and BPMN are discussed within the standards and covered methodologies include MMABP and DEMO. These two chapters should provide the reader with a basic knowledge base around business process modeling. The theoretical part also offers a basic theory about mortgage loan, which analysis is devoted to this work. The practical part mainly carries diagrams that were created during the analysis. You will find there a TOGAF Event Diagram for defining key and support processes, Class Diagram for illustrating data structures of issues and relationships between them, Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) for a detailed view of the entire approval process and its parts, and finally the State Machine Diagram, based on previously modeled Class Diagram, that captures the life cycle of its particular classes. This whole is covered by the MMABP methodology, through which the design of the whole process was realized.
