Quantitative phase analysis of quartz in rocks.
Abstract:
V bakalářské práci je popsán, aplikován a ověřen postup kvantitativního stanovení křemene v horninách pomocí rentgenové práškové difrakce metodou vnitřního standardu. Analýzou přesně navážených směsí byly stanoveny rovnice lineární regrese, které lze využít pro výpočet kvantitativního zastoupení křemene v libovolné směsi. In this thesis is described, applied and verified the methodics of quantitative determination of quartz in rocks using the internal standard method of X-ray powder diffraction. The linear regression equations were determined by analyzing precisely weighed mixtures. These equations can be used for determination of quartz in any mixture.
