Role of crisis manager in crisis management organization

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je složena z krizového vývoje a krizového řízení. To koresponduje s názvem bakalářské práce ?Úloha krizového manažera v krizovém řízení organizace?. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části, teoretické, popisuji krizi, její vznik a jednotlivé typy krizí. Dále zde charakterizuji krizové řízení a krizové fáze. Teoretická část končí vysvětlením pojmu krizový manažer a krizový štáb. V druhé části aplikuji teoretickou část v praxi. Pro objasnění teorie v praxi jsem si zvolil podnik Blue Projects Agency, s. r. o., který je zde detailně představen. Na tomto podniku názorně popisuji vznik krize, a jaké krizové řízení podnik uplatňoval během krize. V práci je popsáno zvolení krizového manažera a ustanovení krizového štábu. V této části jsem také charakterizoval jejich vlastnosti a přednosti, které napomohly ke zvládnutí krize. Poslední kapitola praktické části je věnována budoucí predikci podniku po eliminované krizi. Zde jsou zmíněny růstové krize, které by podnik mohly ohrozit. Výstupem práce je analýza, jak se v krizové situaci chovat, pokrizový vývoj společnosti a jaké zásady a nástroje používat do budoucna, aby se krizové impulsy snadno detekovaly.

Abstract:

My bachelor thesis is consisted of a development of crisis and a crisis management. This corespond with the topic of bachelor thesis ?Role of crisis manager in crisis management organization?. The thesis is divided into the two parts. In the first part, theoretical, there is a description of crisis, crisis formation and the types of crisis. Furthermore I characterize crisis management and phases of crisis. The theoretical part is concluded by a concept of crisis manager and by crisis team. In the second part of the thesis, there is an application of theory in reality. To clarify the theory in reality I chose a company Blue Projects Agency, s. r. o., that is described in details in this part. At this company the emergence of the crisis and what the crisis management applied during the crisis is clearly described. Moreover an election of crisis manager and formation of his team is described in this part as well as. This point ends with the characteristic of their properties, that helped them to eliminate the crisis. The last chapter is dedicated to a futur forecast of the company after eliminated crisis. The crisis of growth, that could endanger company, are mentioned here too. The result of bachelor thesis is an analyse of crisis manager and his team behaviour during a crisis, after-crisis evolution of the company and which system use to the future to detect the crisis impulses.
