Možnosti ukončení pracovního poměru

Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi ukončení pracovního poměru. V bakalářské práci je krátce charakterizován vznik pracovního poměru, poté jsou již popsány všechny druhy ukončení pracovního poměru i neplatné rozvázání pracovního poměru. Druhá část této práce je věnována ukončením pracovního poměru u konkrétního zaměstnavatele. V práci jsem využila odborné literatury a judikatury.
Abstract:
This bachelor thesis deals with possible ways of the termination of employment. Firstly, it briefly describes the creation of employment. Then, it focuses on all types of the termination of employment including void termination.
