Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na odbornost, společenské chování a přístup pracovníků v jednotlivých maloobchodních jednotkách. Cílem je pomocí metody mystery shoppingu získat, zanalyzovat a vyhodnotit tuto zkoumanou problematiku. Průzkum se prováděl ve dvou prodejnách Sportisimo a dvou prodejnách Hervis Sportu. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on the expertise, social behavior and attitude of employees in individual retail units. The aim is to use the mystery shopping method to obtain, analyze and evaluate this researched issue. The survey was conducted in two Sportisimo stores and two Hervis Sport stores.
