Cieľom bakalárskej práce je analyzovať spokojnosť retailovej klientely vo vybranej komerčnej banke. Teoretická časť práce obsahuje tri kapitoly. Prvá kapitola predstavuje definíciu banky, informácie o bankovej licencii a účtovnom výkaze - bankovej bilancii. Druhá kapitola je o bankových obchodoch bánk. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze the satisfaction of the retail client in a selected commercial bank. The theoretical part of the thesis contains three chapters. The first chapter formulates the bank's definition and information on the financial statement the bank balance sheet. The second chapter is about banks' transactions.
