Management and Controlling of Small Business Unit in Development

Abstract:

Cílem této bakalářské práce je ukázat, jak je používání nástrojů managementu a controllingu důležité pro bezproblémový chod a rozvoj firem. Je nezbytné, aby podnik měl vedle dobrého podnikatelského záměru dobře nastavené interní procesy, protože zárukou úspěchu není pouze dobře nastavená vnější strategie vystupování firmy, ale i vnitropodnikový systém komunikace a řízení. V teoretické části uvedu vlastnosti podniku, který má potenciál na další růst. Tudíž se zaměřím na jeho životní cyklus, organizační strukturu a vnitropodnikový systém. Více do detailu rozeberu smysl a fungování managementu a controllingu včetně jejich zařazení. Dále v praktické části se budu věnovat již konkrétní firmě JD Dvořák, s.r.o., kterou budu analyzovat pomocí prostředků obsažených v teoretické části a následně vyhodnotím, jestli tato společnost má potenciál pro další rozvoj, případně jaké opatření musí provést, aby dosáhla svých stanovených cílů.

Abstract:

The goal of this thesis is an importance of using management and controlling’s tools for develompment of the companies. It is fundamental to the company has also well established internal processes next to the good business plan. As guarantee of success is not only well chosen marketing strategy, but also internal system of communication and management. I will consider the company features which are necessary for further growth in a theoretical part of this thesis. I will focus on a life cycle of the company, an organization chart and a customer relationship management (CRM system). I am going to look deeper in part of management and controlling operation including their integration into the company system. In the second part of the thesis I am going to attend to a real company JD Dvořák, s.r.o., which I analyze on the basis of already mentioned theory in the first part. Subsequently I will evaluate if this company has any potential for further progress and I will also introduce steps which the company must do for achieving of its defined goals.
