Předkládaná diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou zvyšování pracovního uplatnění propouštěných zaměstnanců pomocí metody outplacement v podniku České aerolinie a.s. (ČSA a.s.). The diploma thesis deals with questions of improving job redundancies by using outplacement methood in Czech Airlines company.
