Abstract:
Tématem bakalářské práce jsou Výbory zastupitelstva obce. Mojí snahou je přiblížit postavení výborů v rámci orgánů obce a současně i jejich funkci a činnost. Svoji práci jsem rozdělila do tří základních částí. V první části vysvětluji základní pojmy územní samosprávy a jejích orgánů. Ve druhé se věnuji hlavnímu tématu - výborům samotným. Abstract:
The topic of this bachelor theses is Municipal committees. My intention is to introduce the committees as a part of communitty authorities and aslo from the point of view of their function and activities. I pay closer attention to the financial committee and the control committee. As a practical example I tried to describe the committees of township village Veverska Bityska
