Abstract:
Cílem předkládané bakalářské práce je na základě zpracování teoretických východisek problematiky efektivního vzdělávání, zpracovat analýzu aktuálního vzdělávacího systému ve společnosti Raiffeisenbank a.s. a navrhnout opatření pro její efektivní fungování. Bakalářská práce je součástí řešení výzkumného projektu AKADEMIE STING IGA_AS_02 „Management a marketing“.
Abstract:
The bachelor thesis aims to make an analysis of the current state of an educational system in the company Raiffeisenbank a.s. based on the effective education theory, and provide measures for more effective operation of the system. The bachelor thesis is a part of a research project analysis of the STING ACADEMY named IGA_AS_02 „Management and Marketing“.
