Knowledge Management and its Influence for Quality of Planning and Decision-Making Processes in the Automotive Industry
Abstract:
Disertační práce je zaměřena na návrh nového modelu Knowledge managementu vedoucího k trvalému zvyšování hodnoty a konkurenceschopnosti společnosti pomocí individuálního znalostního růst jednotlivců a systematického rozvoje znalostí ve společnosti. Po implementaci nového modelu Knowledge managementu je provedena analýza efektivity s využitím analýzy nákladů a přínosů.
Abstract:
The doctoral dissertation is focused on the proposal of new system of Knowledge management leading to a lasting increase of the value and competitiveness of the company through the individual knowledge growth and systematic development of the company. After the implementation of the new system of Knowledge management efficiency analysis is performed with the use of cost-benefit analysis.
