Analyse of training activities of Rapid response unit Czech police
Abstract:
Práce je zaměřena na analýzu tréninkových aktivit příslušníků ÚRN. Cílem práce je prokázat vliv služební tělesné přípravy na zvyšování motorické zdatnosti policistů. Analyzovány byly vstupní a kontrolní fyzické testy příslušníků ÚRN v období jaro 2004 – jaro 2009 a tréninkový deník, vytvořený náhodným vzorkem příslušníků ORN.
Abstract:
The paper focuses on analysis of training activities of URN members. The aim of the study is to demonstrate the influence of physical training on improvement of members’ motor abilities. Member inputs, physical tests results and training diaries were analyzed for the period from spring 2004 to spring 2010 and training diaries, created by a random sample of ORN members.
