Harmonization of work and family life in selected organizations in the Usti Region from the perspective of HR managers

Abstract:

Předmětem bakalářské práce na téma "Harmonizace rodinného a pracovního života z pohledu personalistů ve vybraných organizacích Ústeckého kraje" je zjištění postojů firemních personalistů ke slaďování osobního a pracovního života svých zaměstnanců. Bakalářské práce se zabývá problematikou tohoto téma, prorodinnou politikou a dále samotných druhů harmonizačních opatření, která mohou být aplikována ve firemních politikách. Další část slouží ke zjištění postojů personalistů k harmonizaci rodinného a pracovního života zaměstnanců. Autor zde využívá kvalitativního šetření a sběr dat provádí pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů v Ústeckém kraji. Zde zjišťuje, že postoj personalistů je k samotnému téma slaďování kladný. K implementování nových harmonizačních opatření se firemní politika vybraných organizací zdá být otevřená a vstřícná. V závěru shrnuje výsledky z provedeného šetření a doporučuje se zaměřit na aktivnější úlohu státu v tomto směru, týkající se daňových úlev pro zaměstnavatele poskytující harmonizační opatření. Dále navrhuje vyšší informovanost zaměstnanců, kteří by měli o svých potřebách více hovořit s personálním vedením. Pro samotné personalisty je zde zmíněno doporučení týkající se zavedení tzv. meetingů personalistů v Ústeckém kraji, kde by mohli navzájem čerpat informace a zkušenosti s implementováním harmonizačních opatření.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis on "Harmonisation of family and working life according to HR managers in selected organizations of the Usti Region," is the attitude of corporate recruiters to balance personal and working lifes of their employees. Bachelor thesis deals with this topic, pro-family policy and the very kinds of harmonization measures that can be applied in corporate policies. Another part determines the attitude of HR professionals to harmonize work and family life of employees. The author uses a qualitative survey and data collection conducted through semi-structured interviews in the Usti region. Here is found that HR professionals attitude is positive to theme of reconciliation itself. The corporate policy of selected organizations to implement the new harmonization measures, seem to be open and receptive. The conclusion summarizes the results of the investigations and recommends to focus on the active role of the state in this regard, tax exemptions for employers providing harmonization measures. Further proposes greater awareness of employees who should more communicate their needs with HR management. For HR managers themselves is mentioned recommendation regarding the introduction of so-called HR managers meetings in the Usti region, who are able to draw together information and experiences with implementing a harmonization measures.
