Tato diplomová práce se zabývá podrobnou analýzou právního rámce pro odpovědnost za škodu způsobenou zvířetem a na zvířeti, a to z pohledu soukromoprávního; veřejnoprávním aspektům je pozornost věnována pouze okrajově. This dissertation offers a detailed analysis of the legal framework of the liability for damage caused by an animal and on an animal from the perspective of private law; the aspects of the public law are discussed only marginally.
