The Influence of Organization Culture on Activity Manpower Company

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce na téma {\clqq}Vliv organizační kultury na činnost společnosti Manpower`` bylo na základě analýzy organizační kultury ve společnosti Manpower zhodnotit její vliv na celkové fungování organizace při zabezpečování personálních služeb. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmu podniková kultura, její jednotlivé typologie a teoretické vymezení toho, jak se podniková kultura v organizacích hodnotí, případně mění. V praktické části byly aplikovány tři metody šetření, a to vlastní pozorování, pozorování osob pověřených sběrem informací a dotazníkové šetření provedené mezi veřejností. Metody šetření měly za úkol analyzovat stávající organizační kulturu a pomoci zhodnotit vliv podnikové kultury na činnost společnosti Manpower. Současně byly vytvořeny dvě pracovní hypotézy, které měly tomuto cíli pomoci.

Abstract:

The aim of thesis, which deals with {\clqq}The Influence of Organization Culture on Activity Manpower Company``, was analyze organizational culture in Manpower Company and assess its influence on the overall functioning of the organization in ensuring personal services. The theoretical part focuses on the defining the concept of organization culture, its individual typologies and theoretical definition of how to evaluate the organization culture in the organizations or how to change it. In the practical part were applied three methods of investigation, it was own observations, observations of people responsible for gathering information and the questionnaire survey conducted among the public. The methods of investigation were supposed to analyze the current organization culture and to help assess the influence of organization culture on activity Manpower Company. At the same time were created two working hypotheses, which had to help with this goal.
