Adaptation of employees in a specific company

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem adaptace zaměstnance. Teoretická část se věnuje kompilaci informačních zdrojů, jejichž dílčí shrnutí je zakomponováno a použito pro práci v praktické části, především pak při realizaci doporučení v návrhové části. V praktické části využívá diplomová práce pro výzkumné šetření dvou metod. Kvalitativní metoda je řešena formou případové studie konkrétní mateřské školy. Rozhovory s jednotlivými zaměstnanci konkrétní organizace, byly doplněny o názory zaměstnanců mateřských škol, které působí v regionu. Další použitou metodou v rámci celorepublikového zjišťování bylo dotazníkové šetření, směřované především na vedoucí pracovníky v mateřských školách, jehož cílem byla snaha zjistit nastavení adaptačního procesu v předškolním vzdělávání v celorepublikovém srovnání. Návrhy a doporučení na optimalizaci adaptace zaměstnanců v konkrétní organizaci jsou podpořeny dílčími závěry s výsledky jednotlivých šetření, které lze bezprostředně implementovat do praxe mateřských škol. Budou rovněž využity v připravované monografii, neboť literatura týkající se adaptačního procesu v předškolním vzdělávání, která by zohledňovala i nepedagogické profese, fakticky na knižním trhu chybí.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis deals with the topic of employee adaptation. The theoretical part is devoted to the compilation of information sources, the partial summary of which is incorporated and used for work in the practical part, especially in the implementation of recommendations in the design part. In the practical part, the diploma thesis uses two methods for research. The qualitative method is applied in the form of a case study of a specific kindergarten. Interviews with individual employees of a particular organization were supplemented by the opinions of employees of kindergartens operating in the region. Another method used in the nationwide survey was a questionnaire survey, aimed primarily at managers in kindergartens, the aim of which was to find out the setting of the adaptation process in preschool education in a nationwide comparison. Proposals and recommendations for optimizing the adaptation of employees in a particular organization are supported by partial conclusions with the results of individual surveys, which can be immediately implemented in the practice of kindergartens. They will also be used in the prepared monograph, as the literature concerning the adaptation process in pre-school education, which would also take into account non-pedagogical professions, is in fact missing on the book market.
