Domestic violence in the feelings of the aggressor

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce „Domácí násilí v pocitech agresora“ pojednává o postupu a šetření policistů při řešení domácího násilí. Jedná se o instrukce a vzor, jak domácí násilí lépe rozpoznat. V bakalářské práci popisuji a definuji co to domácí násilí je, jaké jsou druhy a formy domácího násilí. Jaké byly provedeny legislativní změny a vývoj zákonů k domácímu násilí. Možné tresty a postihy násilných osob za protiprávní jednání. V další kapitole uvádím činnost Intervenčních center. Jak působí Policie ČR preventivně v boji proti domácímu násilí. Zmiňuji konkrétní případ, na kterém uvádím, čeho se má policista vyvarovat, popřípadě jak ve věci postupovat od přijmutí oznámení od občana, až po vlastní vykázání agresora. Jak má policista vyplnit potřebné formuláře k vykázání a kam formuláře zaslat. V praktické části bakalářské práce provádím kvalitativní výzkum, který je uskutečněn s agresory domácího násilí. Výzkum byl proveden formou rozhovoru na předem orientovaná témata. Tato témata byla v průběhu rozhovoru dále doplňována upřesňujícími otázkami. Cílem tohoto výzkumu bylo zodpovědět položenou výzkumnou otázku.

Abstract:

Thesis "Domestic Violence in the feelings of the aggressor"deals with the investigation and police procedure in dealing with domestic violence. This is a pattern and instructions on how to better identify domestic violence. The work describes and defines what domestic violence is, what types and forms of domestic violence are. What were the implementation of legislative changes and the development of laws on domestic violence. Possible punishments and penalties for violent persons offense. In the next chapter I work intervention centers. How does the preventive police in combating domestic violence. Refers to specific cases that I mention what the police officer to avoid or how to proceed in case of receiving notification from the citizen to own reporting aggressor. As the police officer to fill the necessary forms for reporting and where to send the form. The practical part of the thesis doing qualitative research, which is carried out with the aggressor of domestic violence. The research was conducted through an interview on a pre-oriented topics. These themes have been during the interview indicating the issues to be further supplemented. The aim of this research was to answer the research question posed.
