Cílem diplomové práce v teoretické části bude zmapovat historii vývoje konceptů přirozené míry nezaměstnanosti (především NAIRU) a metod jejího odhadu (hlavně HP filtr). Dále nastínit způsoby testování publikovaných dat (testy na stacionaritu). The aim of the diploma thesis in the theoretical past will be to map the history of the development of concepts of the natural rate of unemployment (espocially NAIRU) and methods of its estimation (mainly HP filter).
