Práce se věnuje problematice komunální politiky v Kutné Hoře. K výzkumu místní policy bylo přistoupeno zkoumáním konceptu přístupů Gemeinschaft a Gesellschaft. Cílem práce je komplexní pohled na průběh komunální politiky v obci od roku 2002 zahrnující charakteristiku obce, podobu exekutivních koalic a v neposlední řadě analýzu místní policy. Abstract:
The thesis follow the problematic of local politics in Kutná Hora. The research of local policy is based on examination of the concept of Gemeinschaft and Gesellschaft approaches. The task of the thesis is to provide complex view on the course of communal politics in town since 2002, involving characteristics of the town, form of executive coalitions and not least, analysis of local policy.
